This year’s OCCAWE grand finale took place at Oshwal Junior High School Auditorium for student awards in extra-curricular activities. Being the 3rd year since the inception of the event, this year’s OCCAWE has been spiced up with enhanced activities such as Oshwal College High Schools soccer tournament, Oshwal College Universities/ Colleges soccer tournament, sponsored fashion show, a book drive and a host of eventful performances.
The institution’s overall aim was to upscale student participation of various events and sports in the college in order to develop the soft skills such as leadership, teamwork, communication, problem-solving, entrepreneurial and creativity, adaptability skills and national/international cohesion. These are important attributes for life and job market which are not explicitly learned in classrooms. In the process, we aim to enhance student patriotisms to the college by creating a sense of ownership and pride.
