Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) is a three-level professional qualification offered by the Human Resource Management Professional Examinations Board (HRMPEB) and targets individuals aspiring to enter into HR profession and those already practicing as HR professionals.

It’s Mandatory that all Human Resource Professionals in Kenya be Certified by the HRMPEB in order to practice in HR roles.
